O profissional de segurança e as pessoas com acesso ao aplicativo podem pesquisar o status dos treinamentos obrigatórios de um colaborador de duas formas:

- Leitor de código de barras ou QR code;
- Digitando o número de matrícula;

O QUE É O STATUS DE TREINAMENTO?

A solução é um aplicativo (app) que pode ser instalado no smartphone ou no tablet de toda e qualquer pessoa da organização e funciona de forma integrada com o sistema de gestão de treinamentos (LMS) da organização.

A solução Status de Treinamento permite a qualquer pessoa na organização, a qualquer momento, checar se os treinamentos obrigatórios estão dentro da validade, com a simples leitura do código de barras ou QR code do crachá.

Ele dá mais segurança e rapidez ao controle de treinamentos obrigatórios, permitindo evitar que pessoas que não estejam com os treinamentos “em dia” executem atividades ou se mantenham em áreas da empresa para as quais são exigidos treinamentos ou certificações.

Ele possibilita verificar, também, se a pessoa está com o seu exame médico periódico em dia.

Qualquer pessoa pode verificar o seu status ou o status de qualquer outra pessoa.

Ele contribui com os profissionais da área de Saúde e Segurança no Trabalho na observância das NR’s.
